EK Water Blocks has expanded their EK-Pro line aimed at workstations and servers, with new EK-Pro Barb fittings which allow for quick and easy interconnection of water cooling products.
The EK-Pro Barb G1/4 fittings are designed for use with soft tubings such as EPDM, PVC, Norprene or silicon and are available in two dimensions. One fitting is compatible with 6mm diameter soft tubing and the other is compatible with 10mm diameter and features G1/4 threads typically used in PC and workstation water-cooling. Duplex Metal
The EK-Pro Barb G1/8 fittings are again designed for soft tubings but instead are compatible with just 6-mm diameter tubing and feature G1/8 threads that are typically used in server environments. All of these fittings utilise nickel-plated CNC-machined brass with high-quality O-Rings which can be tightened down by hand or with a spanner/wrench.
